FREE Standard Delivery
All UK orders come with complimentary FREE delivery. Order tracking is available on all deliveries. Orders are delivered in discreet, unbranded packaging within 3 working days of you placing the order (excluding Sundays, so if you place your order on Thursday it will be delivered by the following Monday).
First Class Delivery
First class delivery is available at a cost of £5. Order tracking is available on all deliveries. Orders are delivered in discreet, unbranded packaging the following day (excluding Sundays).
If you place your order by 3pm Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next day. If you place your order between 3pm Friday and 3pm Saturday, you will receive your goods on Monday.
Any orders placed after 3pm on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays and your order will be delivered 2 working days later.
International Delivery
We deliver to all international destinations:
European Union – £5.99 Flat Fee (approx. 6.99 €) – Delivery 3-5 days
Rest of the World – £7.99 Flat Fee (approx. 9 € / $12) – Delivery 5-7 days *
* Please note that all purchases made from outside the European Union benefit from a 20% discount on the marked retail price (Value Added Tax is waived for exports outside the EU). The discount will automatically be applied at checkout when a non-EU delivery address is entered.
** International adaptors are included in all rechargeable product international orders.

First class delivery is also available at a cost of £2.99. Orders are delivered the following day excluding Sundays. If you place your order by 4pm Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next day.
If you place your order between 4pm Friday and 4pm Saturday, you will receive your goods on Monday.
Any orders placed after 4pm on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please note we do not deliver on a Bank Holidays and your order will be delivered 2 working days later.
International Delivery
We deliver to the following international locations.
European Union – Cost: £6 – Delivery 3-5 days
Rest of the World – Cost: £8 – Delivery 5-7 days * **
* Please note that purchases made from outside the EU benefit from VAT waiver, therefore benefiting from a 20% DISCOUNT on retail price.
**Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
