Free UK Returns & Refunds
MEME will offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie, accessories and toys if you are not perfectly happy within 14 days of receipt of purchase, it is this simple.
Items just need to be returned unworn and in in its original packaging with all labels intact. Toys can only be returned if they are intact and in their original packaging.
When trying on knickers and thongs please ensure that they are tried on over your own underwear. We are unable to accept a return for hygiene reasons if this hasn't been done.
If you wish to exchange/return an item please:
1. Go to the exchange/returns area
2. Fill in the information in the form
3. Submit the form and send the item to the following freepost address (From the UK only, please read below for outside the UK returns):

We strongly recommend that you obtain a free receipt from your Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We will always aim to refund it in less than three days of receiving the return.
